how we like it
Before a workout.
A punchy blend of hibiscus, ginger, green tea and beetroot (trust us on that one!), this tea will have you bouncing your way to 5pm without a sugary energy drink in sight.
brew time
tea temple – 1 per person. Infuse in boiling water. Brew for 3+ minutes.
Whole leaves take longer to brew, but the little wait is definitely worth it.
