Nicaraguan Coffee Beans

Nicaragua is a country located in Central America to the North of Costa Rica and South of Honduras. It has rich volcanic soil with a humid tropical forest climate that gives an excellent crop of Nicaraguan Beans.

We roast our Nicaraguan Coffee Beans to a medium roast to extract a full flavoured, medium strength coffee, ideal for blending and great as a filter coffee. That said, it is also great in the cafetiere and other methods of brewing.

It is a  favourite of ours and is used in our coffee bar for the filter machine as it sits happily for longer than average without stewing.
