Brazilian Daterra Santos
Brazilian Daterra Santos is a top export of coffee; Brazil normally producing a third of the worlds coffee.
A medium strength coffee with a unique character, good for blending with milder coffees and a great every day coffee. Santos is named after the busy port that exports it and helps Brazil to be the worlds largest coffee producer. The Brazilian Coffee offers very low acidity with a lovely coffee aroma and a light body that makes it ideal for cafetiere and filter.
This coffee is our personal favourite for using in the Cafetiere. Ensure you use water under boiling temperature (95C) and time 4 minutes before pushing the plunger down to get the best from your cafetiere.
