Our Continental Italian Dark Roast is a highly roasted coffee.

It is strong and slightly bitter as drunk in France Italy and Spain.

This roast has a dark shiny appearance as the coffee oils leave the bean; which occurs when you roast coffee for a longer time.

This coffee is particularly suited to the french press/cafetiere method of brewing coffee.
